Glynis Frater is a freelance consultant working for a range of awarding bodies. She is an experienced FE lecturer and author. Editor: David Floyd is a Chief and Principal Examiner for a range of vocational GCSE and GCE Business qualifications for a major examining board, and has over thirty years teaching experience in both FE and HE. He is also an experienced author.
